Eating healthier and getting into shape are among the most common resolutions. While we can’t help motivate you to go to the gym we can help you with meal planning.
One of the top reasons why New Year’s resolutions fail is because they’re too broad and do not having a plan of action. Simply saying “I’m going to eat healthier” is not enough. There must be a course of action. Trying to take on everything yourself from meal planning to shopping, cooking and clean-up can be quite exhausting and overwhelming, especially if you’re not a professional chef.
