Homemade Greek Yogurt Ranch

  • Small food processor
  • OR chop by hand – cutting board & chef’s knife

Ingredients

  • 6-8 OZ Greek yogurt (about 1 C.) preferably full fat
  • 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Milk preferably full fat
  • 1-2 Each Garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Dill fresh
  • 1-2 Tbsp Chives fresh
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley fresh
  • 1-2 Tsp Oregano dried
  • 1-2 Tsp Lemon juice (optional) or sub vinegar
  • To Taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Instructions with Food Processor

  • Start by removing the stems from the herbs so only the leafy part is left.
  • In your food processor chop the garlic first then add all the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. If too thick add a touch more milk until your desired consistency is reached.
  • Enjoy right away or store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.

Instructions by hand

  • Start by removing the stems from the herbs so only the leafy part is left.
  • Mince the garlic, then chop at the herbs and add to mixing bowl.
  • Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. If too thick add a touch more milk until your desired consistency is reached.
  • Enjoy right away or store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
