Homemade Greek Yogurt Ranch
Easy Healthy Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing
Servings: 1 Cups

Special Equipment
- Small food processor
- OR chop by hand – cutting board & chef’s knife
Ingredients
- 6-8 OZ Greek yogurt (about 1 C.) preferably full fat
- 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Milk preferably full fat
- 1-2 Each Garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Dill fresh
- 1-2 Tbsp Chives fresh
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley fresh
- 1-2 Tsp Oregano dried
- 1-2 Tsp Lemon juice (optional) or sub vinegar
- To Taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
Instructions with Food Processor
- Start by removing the stems from the herbs so only the leafy part is left.
- In your food processor chop the garlic first then add all the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. If too thick add a touch more milk until your desired consistency is reached.
- Enjoy right away or store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
