Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Whey protein powder 30 grams protein
  • 1-2 tbsp Peanut butter or Peanut butter powder 8-16 grams protein
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder 2 grams protein
  • 1 Cup 2% Milk or milk of choice 10 grams protein
  • 5-6 each ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy your refreshing protein shake!
  • Measure out ingredients into Ziploc bags or mason jars to prep ahead.

Notes

Optional add-ins:
  • Shot of espresso
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • Agave nectar or sweetener of choice
